KYECU LTD is a secondary-level farmers’ cooperative society formed in 2003. Thirty (30) primary-level Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Societies (AMCOS) own it, and it is located in Kyela District Council, Mbeya Region. The cooperative focuses on cocoa farming, marketing, agricultural input supplies, and welfare matters for its members.
KYECU LTD has evolved into a strong, independent cooperative that is currently undergoing significant socioeconomic transformation. In this context, the union seeks applications from appropriate, qualified, and talented individuals to fill the following positions:
Open Positions
1. General Manager, 1 Post
The successful candidate will become the Chief Executive Officer of KYECU Ltd., reporting to the Chairman of the Board. The responsibilities include providing dynamic leadership, vision, and direction, as well as ensuring adequate outreach and high-quality services.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
- At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a respected higher education institution in business administration, marketing, economics, agriculture, agribusiness, human resource management, cooperative management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of senior-level experience in the cooperative or similar business.
2. Chief Accountant, 1 Post
The successful candidate will be in charge of the Finance Department and report directly to the General Manager.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in accounting, Business Administration majoring in accounting or Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
- A professional body of accountancy, such as CPA(T) or ACCA, must recognize and register you with NBAA.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role within a reputable organization.
