1. CVM Specialist
The CVM Specialist at Tigo Tanzania is responsible for driving customer value management initiatives that maximize client retention, loyalty, and revenue generation. This position demands a dynamic individual capable of analyzing customer behavior, segmenting data, and developing actionable insights to affect marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle management. The selected applicant will collaborate closely with the marketing, commercial, and analytics departments to ensure that customer-centric methods are integrated throughout all activities.
2. Customs Clearance Coordinator
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate importation of goods and materials, including shipping scheduling and logistics activities.
- Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to guarantee timely clearance and delivery to the destination.
- Monitor shipment status and inventory to ensure timely delivery and minimize disruptions.
- Comply with customs requirements, tariffs, and import/export laws.
- Assess import hazards and adopt methods to reduce disruptions and financial liabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize costs, increase service levels, and meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in import/export operations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Operations, Logistics Management, Customs Compliance, or a similar discipline.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution is preferred.
- Applicants must be registered members of the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board.
