1. Assistant Manager: Fraud & Investigation
- The Fraud and Investigation Manager is in charge of planning, implementing, and monitoring the bank’s fraud prevention and detection tactics. This position entails conducting investigations into questionable activity, collaborating closely with law enforcement, and ensuring the bank meets regulatory standards. The manager will also teach employees in fraud prevention measures and oversee a team of investigators.
2. Card Operations Manager
- Manage card operations for Banks/’s card products in accordance with the Bank’s overall strategy.
3. Head of Business Banking
- Build and maintain connections across the SME banking portfolio, with the goal of nurturing SME customers and extending the client base by concentrating on increasing value through sales, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.
4. Relationship Manager
- Maintain and manage the portfolio, develop and establish relationships with existing and future clients, and represent the bank in the market. Maximizing revenue through NII (Net Interest Income), Fee Income, Cross-selling of all Bank Products, Collaboration with Retail, Branch Teams, Treasury Sales, Bancassurance, Select Banking, Trade Finance, and Operations. Should be a brand ambassador.
5. Relationship Manager – Business Banking
- Responsible for client relationship management within the designated portfolio, including maintaining customer satisfaction, retaining existing clients, and generating new revenue; acquiring customers through various sales activities.
6. Senior Relationship Manager
- Maintain and manage the portfolio, develop and establish relationships with existing and future clients, and represent the bank in the market. Maximizing revenue through NII (Net Interest Income), Fee Income, Cross-selling of all Bank Products, Collaboration with Retail, Branch Teams, Treasury Sales, Bancassurance, Select Banking, Trade Finance, and Operations. Should be a brand ambassador.
7. Credit Administration & Monitoring Officer
- Provide assistance with the management and monitoring of corporate and retail portfolios from credit.
8. Helpdesk ICT Support
- Responsible for Helpdesk support
9. Premises & Administration Manager
- Design and develop branches, relocate them, maintain premises, and provide administrative assistance.
