Position: Digital Sales Representatives
Locations: Dar es Salaam, Kigoma, Tabora, Shinyanga, Mara, Kagera, Namanga, Rukwa, Mtwara, Pemba, Singida, Geita, Ruvuma
Purpose:
The job is responsible for expanding digital subscriptions and circulation sales through the development of consumer attraction and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidates will have a passion for digital media, great sales abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Main Responsibilities:
- Increase digital subscription sales by identifying new prospects and converting them into paying clients.
- Create and implement sales strategies to enhance circulation and digital reach on several channels.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with both current and new clients.
- Promote Mwananchi’s digital products, such as e-papers, mobile apps, and online subscription services.
- Track and report on sales success, including achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Provide insights into customer feedback to help improve product offerings and customer experiences.
- To run successful digital initiatives, collaborate with internal organizations such as marketing and editorial.
- To stay on top of the digital subscription business, keep an eye on industry developments and competition.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Academic: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Possession of a smartphone.
- Preferably residing in the respective area applied for.
