The records and archives officer will maintain, organize, and preserve documents and archives throughout the contract. This role oversees the entire records lifecycle, including reviewing existing records to verify document retention, file content, and disposal of records slated for destruction, as well as creating a database for retained and destroyed files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all records, whether digital or physical, are safe, confidential, and up-to-date in accordance with all relevant laws and bank regulations.
  • Finding Documents for Digitalization.
  • To ensure that the team or unit operates effectively and in line with the bank’s policies and procedures, it must develop, implement, and manage recordkeeping systems, databases, processes, and methods, as well as recommend improvements to existing ones.
  • Follow the directions of the project’s expert delivery manager and any other HR team members assigned to the project for any other project-related activities.
  • Scan the records to convert them to digital format.
  • Destroying paper papers after digitalization.
  • Finding Lost Documents
  • Creating an index for record-keeping purposes.
  • Document digitally and store in a password-protected folder.

Qualifications:
