Open Positions

1. Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)/Technical Lead

  • We are now looking for suitable individuals for the role of DCOP/Technical Lead in the next USAID Tanzania Foundational Skills Activity. This post will be based in Dodoma, Tanzania, and is subject to funder award of the project to FHI 360 and funder acceptance of the chosen candidate for the role.

2. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor

  • The MEL Advisor is in charge of establishing and managing the project’s overall monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) system, as well as leading MEL staff in tracking all progress toward meeting program/contract results, indicators, and targets, such as impacts on access, retention, learning outcomes, community engagement, gender, and disability-inclusive measures, and ensuring that they are consistently and systematically documented, tracked, and reported.

3. Director of Finance and Administration

  • The Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) assists the Chief of Party (COP) with staffing, operational, and financial administration. The DFA will manage administrative, operational, financial, and human resource teams in close collaboration with the COP, and will be responsible for the efficient use of resources, including people with a wide variety of competences.
