The company’s primary operations include research, manufacturing, processing, marketing, and sales of seed and related goods. Open Positions
1. Plant Technician
- The organization is looking for a passionate, self-motivated Plant Technician Job Grade 8 to work in the headquarters in Arusha and manage processing activities throughout the company line.
2. Principal Internal Auditor
- The Principal Internal Auditor, Job Group 5, will work from the company’s headquarters in Arusha, assisting and conducting assessments of the company’s business processes, as well as providing assurance to management about the sufficiency of internal controls.
3. Assistant Research Officer
- The organization is looking for an energetic, self-driven Assistant Research Officer, Job Grade 8, who will be in charge of crop breeding operations, maintenance, nursery management, seed development, and research on mandatory crops.
4. Assistant Quality Assurance Officer
- The organization is looking for a passionate, self-driven Assistant Quality Assurance Officer, Job Grade 8, who will be responsible for ensuring that our seed meets the quality criteria established in numerous seed laws, rules, and standards in line.

- Have a certificate or degree in one of the following fields: seed technology, botany, biochemistry, applied biology, agriculture, seed science, horticulture, agribusiness, agricultural economics, or comparable credentials from a recognized institution.
