Key Duties & Responsibilities:

The job will oversee the whole manufacturing scope, including engineering, safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ), and utilities. The job is in charge of managing these tasks as well as providing leadership to the functional heads in manufacturing.

The position will also be responsible for:

  • Create plant business and implementation strategies to meet the region’s and CCBA’s customer service and productivity goals.
  • Ensure that productivity and budgetary targets are reached.
  • Ensure that customer service goals are satisfied.
  • Work closely with Logistics to guarantee systematic and strategic coordination of all Supply Chain business operations, resulting in continual improvement of long-term performance for both the supply chain and the value chain as a whole.
  • Manage the manufacturing elements of operational execution, including material flow, production, and other supporting activities.
  • The primary emphasis is on execution, efficiency, and added value, or the end-customer’s perception of value. Manufacturing efficiency must be raised and bottlenecks eliminated.
  • Management and upkeep of manufacturing assets in a productive basic state
  • Direct the implementation and administration of the supply chain.

Skills, Experience, & Education:

The position requires a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. The incumbent should additionally possess:

  • About ten years of relevant company experience.
  • At least five years as a senior manager.
  • Strong track record of achieving outcomes in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong grasp of the supply chain process
  • Knowledge of business and management concepts applied to strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership techniques, production methodologies, and people and resource coordination.
  • Proven track record of managing employee engagement.
  • Contributing to senior management teams: Actively contributing as a dedicated member of the leadership team and collaborating with different departments to assist the organization achieve its goals and objectives.
