The Vodacom Internship program is a 12-month fixed-term contract that offers working experience.It enables individuals to obtain significant job experience, explore career possibilities, network with specialists in the industry, and make a living.This program serves as a conduit for future permanent positions when they become available.The candidates must have earned at least an undergraduate degree or equivalent.
Start date is February 15, 2024.
The objective of the Vodacom Internship Programme is to:
- Develop a talent pipeline of talented professionals for Vodafone’s main business sectors.
- Create possibilities for jobless graduates with the necessary credentials to get experience in a digital technology corporate setting.
The ideal candidate for the programme should demonstrate strong potential in the following areas:

• Flexibility & Resilience
Programmes Requirements
• Must be Tanzanian
• Fresh graduate or graduate with less than 2 years working experience
• Must be 26 years old or younger
• Must have obtained a minimum of upper-second-class degree or equivalent
• Degrees in Computer Science/Information Technology, Statistics/Actuarial Science, Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Sales & Marketing are preferred.
