KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- 95% uptime for vital electrical equipment, such as bottling processes.
- Energy efficiency Reduction in energy consumption per unit of output; implementation of energy-saving strategies resulting in significant reductions in power use.
- Safety compliance refers to the number of electrical safety accidents or near misses, as well as compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintenance Effectiveness: 95% of planned preventive maintenance procedures done on time. Reduced unexpected downtime due to electrical failures after implementing preventative maintenance methods.
- Project Management On-time and within budget execution of electrical engineering projects; Meeting project goals and milestones, such as equipment improvements or facility expansions, without compromising safety or quality.
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem Resolution. The timeliness and effectiveness of root cause analysis investigations for electrical failures Reduction in the occurrence of electrical problems after the execution of remedial steps discovered via root cause analysis.
- Document Accuracy Accuracy and completeness of electrical system documentation, maintenance operations, and safety records; timely and accurate reporting on key performance indicators, maintenance schedules, and compliance status.
- Training and Development, Maintenance staff and operator competency levels in electrical safety and troubleshooting, and the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives in developing skills and knowledge within the electrical engineering team.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar fields.
- 5 years of electrical engineering experience, particularly in the beverage sector or a comparable production setting.
- Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design and drawing (for example, AutoCAD and SolidWorks Electrical).
