The main goal is to gain market share, raise sales volumes, and boost competitiveness by offering market-driven, unique services that foster long-term competitiveness within well-defined market niches.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reach sales targets for given regions.
  • Oversaw and managed distributors of allocated sector (orders, payment, redistribution).
  • Make sure IB items show in retail stores and customer outlets in reasonable stock (full range).
  • Verify merchandising—that is, brand presence in terms of POS and Chillers—at consumer and retail venues
  • Make sure that the performing outlet has chillers positioned correctly and used just for IBPLC items in the designated sector.
  • Track the suggested price of our goods in retail stores.
  • Track closely the actions of the rivals.

  • Mastery of the Microsoft office tools
  • Be friendly and lively.
  • Excellent awareness of structure
  • Make simple contacts and practice teamwork.
  • Lead by example in teams.
  • Good writing and speaking abilities.
  • Be rather consistent.
  • Capacity to keep friendly contacts with several departments inside the company
  • Capacity to pay attention and establish a model for others
  • Expert sales strategies
  • Capacity for under pressure
  • Respond favorably to insightful criticism.
  • Capacity to follow the guidelines set by his/her direct manager
  • Sharing risks for security measures connected to logistics
  • In charge of given working gear (calculators, staplers, cars, etc.).
  • must be disciplined, self-confident, timely, and self-regulating.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Social sciences or any pertinent field
  • Minimum of two years of FMCG industry sales experience
  • Sound theoretical and pragmatic Sales in FMCG knowledge
