We’re dedicated to ensuring our brands are available to all customers while meeting key performance goals like contract success, sales effectiveness, negotiation outcomes, and digital adoption. Our ultimate aim is to hit volume targets by fostering clear, effective communication with customers, growing our BEES buyer base, and building lasting, sustainable commercial relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet key performance metrics, including contractability, call quality, customer retention, and sales volume.
• Ensure product availability and SKU targets are achieved for each customer.
• Get to know the customer base in your assigned area, including their purchasing patterns.
• Follow company policies and processes diligently.
• Make outbound calls to connect with customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel and Word; strong problem-solving and investigative abilities; excellent communication and a knack for sales and customer service.
• Qualities: Honesty, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Education: A degree (preferably in commerce) or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a commercial role with experience in sales or analysis.
