Role Overview:
The Program Manager for Advocacy, Policy, and Partnerships, based in Dar es Salaam, serves a three-year renewable contract. Specifically, this role reports to the Director of Programs and Partnerships. Because candidates must understand Tanzania’s government systems, they need a strong background in education advocacy. Additionally, they collaborate with senior leaders and global CAMFED teams. Thus, the role drives policy change while upholding child protection standards.

Policy and Partnership Engagement:
To begin with, the manager develops CAMFED Tanzania’s advocacy and partnership strategy. For example, they review government policies and budgets to advance reforms. In addition, they lead the National Advisory Committee to co-design transformative programs. Furthermore, they engage ministries, coalitions, and partners, organizing exchange visits for learning.
