The DynamX Trainee Program seeks to help graduates and young professionals acquire technical skills while also providing cross-functional exposure in a fast-paced business setting.

Minimum Requirements:
- Some fields may need a bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement, including:
- Economic planning
- Human Resources (HR) or Psychology (PB) majors
- Marketing
- Information and communication
- Engineering
- Management of the Supply Chain
- Management of resources
- I have a bachelor’s degree, earned within the required period, from an accredited four-year university.
- You must have a minimum of three years of full-time formal job experience prior to the commencement of the program. (Does not apply to internships, seasonal jobs, or contracts with a limited length.)
- It would be helpful if you have expertise in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) business.
- Ability to lawfully work in the nation (full citizenship)
- Although the traineeship is located in Dar es Salaam, they will have the opportunity to travel across Tanzania.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs; adept at picking up new systems with ease.
