1. Bread Baking:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
2. Pastry Creation:
- Create and refine recipes for various baked items, including cookies, muffins, and pastries.
- Present and decorate baked goods attractively to enhance customer appeal.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of all baking ingredients to maintain peak freshness.
- Innovate and introduce seasonal or themed baked items to engage customers.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Uphold high standards of quality and consistency in all baked goods.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Address any issues or concerns related to product quality promptly and effectively.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and optimize workflow. – Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory needs, production goals, and
equipment maintenance. - Provide guidance and support to junior bakers and pastry assistants.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bread baker in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative flair and attention to detail in design and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
