The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology governs Mzumbe University, a public institution. The Mzumbe University Charter of 2007, established under Section 25 of the Universities Act No. 7 of 2005, founded the university, replacing the Mzumbe University Act No. 21 of 2001. The institution has over 50 years of expertise in management training, judicial administration, and effective governance.
The Vice-Chancellor of Mzumbe University informs all job applicants who have submitted an employment application that the interview is scheduled for October 17th, 2024, to October 18th, 2024. Applicants who successfully complete the interview will receive job center assignments. Interviewees summoned for the interview should follow the instructions below:

- This announcement specifies the date and time of the appointment for each Cadre.
- Every interviewee is required to don a mask upon their arrival at the interview location.
- Identification is required for each respondent.
- Passport, citizenship ID, work ID, voter ID, or resident ID are all acceptable forms of identification.
- Interviewees are required to present their actual certificates, which may include a birth certificate, Form IV, VI, diploma, higher diploma, or degree, depending on their qualifications.
- Failure to submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Forms IV and VI results slips (form V and form VI results slips) will result in the interviewee’s exclusion from the proceeding.
- The interviewees will be responsible for the cost of food, travel, and accommodation.
- It is imperative that each interviewee document the date, time, and location of their scheduled interview.
- Applicants who studied outside of Tanzania must have their certificates confirmed and recognized by the competent authority (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
- Applicants who were not involved in this advertisement should be aware that they do not satisfy the qualifications. Consequently, please do not hesitate to submit a new application when the opportunity arises, provided that you meet the specifications outlined in the pertinent announcement.
- Cadres who are required to register with their respective professional boards must bring their original registration certificates and licenses to work.
- It is imperative that all interviewees who are summoned to the interview ensure that they enter into their accounts and copy the test number, as these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
- All respondents are advised to wear clothing that can withstand the cold weather in Iringa city.
