Responsibilities:
- As the P2P market’s frontline, you will respond to any incoming questions and set up outbound communication via calls, emails, and chats.

Requirements:
- Two to three years of front-line customer service experience, ideally in the banking or service sector
- Possess the drive and willingness to go above and beyond in order to tackle challenging issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Resilient and flexible, capable of functioning in a rapidly evolving environment
- Coordination with international partners and stakeholders requires fluency in English. It would be beneficial to have more languages.
- Excellent at setting priorities, multitasking, and efficiently managing time.
