Responsibilities:

  • As the P2P market’s frontline, you will respond to any incoming questions and set up outbound communication via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Independently supply correct information to address any difficulties or problems that may come up.
  • Keep yourself informed on current and pertinent facts to support customer service operations.
  • When necessary, you will report problems to your managers, team leader, and other departments.
  • Respect the established criteria for quality assurance.Respect and follow the timetable that the team leader has established.
  • Help with the setup of additional procedures as needed or delegated by the team leader.
  • Exhibit positive teamwork attitudes and behaviors both inside the team and throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Two to three years of front-line customer service experience, ideally in the banking or service sector
  • Possess the drive and willingness to go above and beyond in order to tackle challenging issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resilient and flexible, capable of functioning in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Coordination with international partners and stakeholders requires fluency in English. It would be beneficial to have more languages.
  • Excellent at setting priorities, multitasking, and efficiently managing time.
  • A quick internet connection is essential. At least a 5 Mbps broadband internet connection
  • Being a Binance P2P user and having knowledge of or interest in blockchain, digital assets, or the fintech sector will be advantageous.
  • Capacity to work a variety of shifts and hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts
