In this role, you will:
- In order to guarantee the secure and economical handling of flights and security service offerings, oversee and supervise the security department.
- Create and execute aviation security policies, processes, and plans in compliance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Create a functional strategy for security operations and make sure that every person in the company is aware of it.
- Create security rules and processes that adhere to industry standards and legal regulations.
- In order to guarantee efficient security operations, lead the security staff and provide direction, instruction, and oversight.
- Oversee and manage security personnel, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
- Make sure that security personnel have access to continual training and development opportunities to improve their knowledge and talents in areas like threat identification, crisis management, and customer service.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Minimum equivalent education level to a graduate degree.
- Five or more years in the same line of work.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Capable of operating autonomously as a front-line supervisor, strong leadership abilities are crucial.
- Possess a charming disposition, strong interpersonal abilities, and good health.
- Have finished accredited professional courses that are pertinent to the position.
