NETIS Group is a global leader in the telecommunication Industry, with over 14 years of experience in the design and development of high-performance network communications solutions. We are looking for a Fleet Manager (M/F) based in Tanzania.
In order to support operations as efficiently as possible, the Fleet Manager will be in charge of managing and supervising all corporate cars and making sure they are always accessible, dependable, and safe. The fleet manager will create, improve, and carry out preventative maintenance plans while making sure that they adhere to company guidelines, legal requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
Keys Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and plan the upkeep, replacement, and logistics of business cars.
- Make sure that scheduled preventative maintenance programs are carried out, and keep an eye on how well-performing previous fixes are doing.
- In order to reduce downtime, oversee and, if required, assist in the prompt repair and servicing of damaged vehicles.
- In order to guarantee a sufficient supply, manage the vehicle spare component inventory in conjunction with the supply chain manager.
- To increase cost effectiveness, analyze the state of the vehicles and provide recommendations for prompt replacements, taking into account the kind of vehicle, spare parts, etc.
- As necessary by different departments, oversee the transfer and transportation of vehicles between site locations.
- Make suggestions on how to cut down on running costs and idle time for vehicles.

Qualifications & Skills
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
- Fleet Management certification is necessary.
- Three years minimum of expertise in contract management, fleet management, mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, budget administration, and tendering procedures; two of those years must have been spent in a senior capacity.
- Extensive familiarity with the concepts, procedures, instruments, machinery, and supplies utilized in fleet management and vehicle and equipment repair.
- Strong familiarity with budgeting and reporting procedures.
- The ability to investigate, analyze, and determine the best ways to mitigate safety and risk management challenges.
- Elevated level of maturity, professionalism, and secrecy maintenance skills.
- The capacity to function well under duress and meet deadlines.
- Dynamic, self-driven, multitasking team player who takes a flexible and adaptive attitude to work.
