Purchasing Assistant
Duty & responsibility:
- Assist with identifying and evaluating possible suppliers.
- Maintain supplier records and handle interactions.
- Process purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of items.
- Track order status and follow-up on outstanding orders.
- Manage and update procurement databases and records.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and evaluations.
Requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field is preferred.
- Driver’s license is preferred.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Have certain data analysis capabilities and be able to process procurement data and reports.
- Strong sense of responsibility, thorough and patient, with a cooperation spirit.
- Possess great bargaining and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
