Job Overview
Key Roles and responsibilities:
GMTs should expect the following during their first 10 months:
- Rotating for three months, each experience corresponding to one of our three strategic pillars.
- Ideally in projects related to supply and logistics, sales, marketing, or technology during these rotations that deepen understanding and tackle real-world business issues in each of these essential roles.
- Salutations! Festival (Global Induction), where GMTs can network with colleagues and learn directly from our most senior management about our corporate goals.
- Global GMT alumni database access.
- Possibility of experiences in several zones (movement within zone necessary)
- Official mentorship and access to special zone L&D courses
- Exceptional chances for exposure to senior executives
- Placement after program completion in a front-line role (openness to uncertain career track)
Required Qualifications:
- Beginning of program, completed undergraduate degree (preferable in a STEM field); and/or
- It will be beneficial to get a Post Graduate (PGDip) in Business Administration, Masters degree, or a comparable program.
- By the program start date, a maximum of THREE years of full-time formal job experience must have been completed. (Vacation work, short-term contracts, co-ops, and internships do not apply.)
- Complete citizenship and legal work permission in the nation where the application is being filed
- English proficiency
