Position: Electronic document management system (EDMS)- Data Clerk (4)
Reporting to: ICT Officer
Location: Dar es salaam
Duration: 2 Month
Job Purpose
- Improved Document Workflow by providing a centralized digital repository for a company’s papers and files, facilitating efficient storage, categorization, retrieval, and sharing of information.
- Enhanced Information Security and Compliance Edms enable enterprises to store and manage documents in a safe and regulated environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Appraise, prepare, and tidy up papers before scanning.
- Review the data for shortcomings or mistakes, repair any incompatibilities if feasible, and confirm the result.
- Scan documents and print files as required.
- Export and carry out data quality checks on the EDMS.
- Posting papers, filing, and packing scanned documents.
- Compile, check correctness, and sort documents and information according to the instructions.
- Generate reports, save finished work in defined areas, and execute backup activities.
- Respond to requests for information and access appropriate files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Keep all information secret.
Academic Qualification:
- Minimum diploma or degree in information, records, or computer-related courses [6]. Months of computer instruction or academic qualification in computer-related fields.
