Responsibilities:

In your capacity as a front desk agent, you will be in charge of giving our visitors courteous, professional service that will make their stay unforgettable. Some of the main duties you will have in this capacity are as follows:

  • Ensure that every client receives timely, polite, and effective service in order to maximize customer satisfaction by offering individualized care from the time of arrival to the time of departure.
  • Make sure visitors are personally greeted by name, if applicable, and shown to their room so they feel valued and anticipated.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests regarding hotel activities and perform in-room and hotel familiarization.
  • Retain current knowledge of hotel details and nearby services, such as hours of operation, special offers, occasions, and points of interest, in order to address inquiries from visitors.
  • Remain cognizant of the occupancy levels and the rates that must be marketed on a daily basis.
  • Apply front desk cashiering standards accurately and adhere to all established systems, policies, and procedures.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in hospitality and experience working in a hotel’s front office. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in a second language and excellent written and spoken English communication abilities, are prerequisites. An advantage is being computer proficient and having prior Opera experience.
