Mega Beverages Limited is looking for a quality expert located in Arusha.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of all packaging control points (CP) and quality throughout the packaging process.
- Always maintain an industrial level of cleanliness.
- Record and file all essential record logs and documents correctly.
- Conduct an examination and analysis of incoming packing materials.
- Online product sample drawing and analysis.
- Ensure that staff adhere to all food safety and workplace safety guidelines.
- Communicate any quality problems to the appropriate parties.
Basic Requirements:
- A degree in food science and technology, chemical process engineering, or a related discipline is preferable.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Solid knowledge and comprehension of food quality, safety, and HACCP systems.
- Proven supervision and management experience.
