To coordinate company goals with workers and management in specific business divisions. The job advises management on human resources concerns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high degree of business literacy on the zone’s financial status, midterm objectives, culture, and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the company to create workforce plans and strategies.
- Provide corporate executives with assistance on how to understand and execute the people’s agenda.
- Identifying and monitoring skills, and managing succession planning.
- Form collaboration across HR departments to provide value-added services to management and workers that match the organization’s business goals.
- Provides day-to-day performance recommendations to Line Management.
- Collaborate with zone management and workers to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, promote productivity, and retain employees.
- Monitor the quality and compliance of the performance management process, as well as ensure that workers adopt a performance culture.
- Assist line managers in identifying training requirements for their particular business units and ensuring training framework implementation.
- Implementing and proactively recommending HR policy modifications based on company requirements.
- Be a change leader by advising and pushing stakeholders about organizational changes and ensuring they have the appropriate processes and tools.
- Ensure that HR procedures within the operating model are successful, as well as that HR services are current and aligned with the needs of the company.
- Provide HR policy advice, interpretation, and monitoring for compliance.
- Handle employee issues and begin disciplinary proceedings as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, social science, or a similar discipline.
- A master’s degree or HR certification is an extra benefit.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in human resources, including HR Business Partnering.
- It is desirable that you have two years of experience in banking or financial organizations.
