  • Ascertain that Oman Air Operation at the Station complies with the necessary standards and that all employees are carrying out their responsibilities to uphold and support those standards.

General

  • Ascertain that assigned duties are carried out in compliance with relevant Oman Air policies and guidelines.
  • Understand the laws, rules, and procedures that are relevant to carrying out the duties.
  • accountable and accountable for carrying out quality-related tasks in compliance with the Quality Assurance Operations Manual
  • Observe the Passenger Service Manual when handling visitors.
  • Coordinate operational matters with GH.
  • Communicate with the airport’s immigration and security authorities.
  • Assure appropriate planning and organization for each of the day’s flights.
  • Make sure there is enough staff to cover every area.

Qualifications:

  • Having a bachelor’s degree in any field and two years of relevant work experience in a similar role—ideally in the aviation industry—is mandatory.
  • OR a four-year relevant work experience combined with a two-year college degree in any field.
  • OR, for internal candidates only, a specialized certificate or license in the relevant sector, aviation experience, a secondary school diploma, and eight years of relevant work experience
  • English language proficiency (speaking and writing)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • A course related to airline, airport, and tourism industrial services
  • Course on DGR, Load Control, DCS, and Reservation Awareness
