- Ascertain that Oman Air Operation at the Station complies with the necessary standards and that all employees are carrying out their responsibilities to uphold and support those standards.
General
- Ascertain that assigned duties are carried out in compliance with relevant Oman Air policies and guidelines.
- Understand the laws, rules, and procedures that are relevant to carrying out the duties.
- accountable and accountable for carrying out quality-related tasks in compliance with the Quality Assurance Operations Manual
- Observe the Passenger Service Manual when handling visitors.
- Coordinate operational matters with GH.
- Communicate with the airport’s immigration and security authorities.
- Assure appropriate planning and organization for each of the day’s flights.
- Make sure there is enough staff to cover every area.
Qualifications:
- Having a bachelor’s degree in any field and two years of relevant work experience in a similar role—ideally in the aviation industry—is mandatory.
- OR a four-year relevant work experience combined with a two-year college degree in any field.
- OR, for internal candidates only, a specialized certificate or license in the relevant sector, aviation experience, a secondary school diploma, and eight years of relevant work experience
- English language proficiency (speaking and writing)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- A course related to airline, airport, and tourism industrial services
- Course on DGR, Load Control, DCS, and Reservation Awareness
