Job Description:

Work the World, a British organization, seeks a program representative to join their team in Tanzania. The role involves providing support to international healthcare students during their clinical placements, including airport pickups, house and city orientations, and assisting with customer requests. This is a part-time, six-month fixed contract with an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Airport pickups for customers arriving into Tanzania
• House orientations
• City orientations
• Supporting simple customer requests

Requirements:

• Professional and friendly manner
• Experience with International people/tourists
• Customer service experience
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work Sundays and nights where needed
• Knowledge of the medical sector (preferred)
