In charge of maintaining customer satisfaction, bringing in new business, and retaining current clients within the designated branch; obtain new clients through a range of sales initiatives.
In charge of increasing the assets and liabilities of high net worth clients from the public sector, government, corporate, institutional, and small businesses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In charge of expanding the portfolio through client visits, sales, and retention (assets, liabilities, investment products, and insurance).
  • Handle portfolio movement reports for oneself and the group they oversee, and respond to any irregularities found.
  • Maintaining and growing a customer base via cross-selling pertinent NMB products in the market.
  • Reduction of risk exposure and impact while upholding KYC and AML in portfolio management
  • Maintain portfolio quality and manage customer expectations by effectively handling inquiries, grievances, and correspondence in a timely way in accordance with service operational standards.
  • Help and mentor other bank workers (bank officers and relationship officers) in managing customers in private banking.
  • Make sure that all assigned relationships and prospects are kept up to date using an efficient call program.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of bank services, policies, rules, and niche markets for customers of private banking
  • Extensive understanding of the demands of private banking clients and the capacity to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Solid understanding of finance and comprehensive knowledge of NMB’s range of solutions.
  • Outstanding client-management abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal, networking, and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for financial and banking markets and products
  • the capacity to investigate and evaluate data.
  • Capacity to manage and communicate complex knowledge in an understandable manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related studies.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking operations and/or Relationship Management of High-net worth clients.
  • Experience in credit assessment.
