Job Purpose:
To develop and grow the business by fostering strong relationships with clients, banks, agents, and brokers to achieve set business targets.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on quotations to close deals, provide feedback, and report new business prospects weekly.
  • Share insights to establish new partnerships, maximizing portfolio utilization.
  • Provide daily client servicing to maintain strong relationships and ensure zero complaints.
  • Maintain high business retention levels, replacing any unavoidable losses with suitable accounts, alongside meeting new business acquisition targets.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction to secure renewals, negotiate terms in advance, and send formal renewal confirmations before renewal dates.
  • Prepare and update weekly business progress reports.
  • Conduct daily visits to intermediaries to strengthen relationships.
  • Offer prompt and efficient customer service to direct clients visiting the office.
  • Submit weekly reports to the customer service and sales point manager within deadlines.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Highly effective in meeting commitments and achieving results.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Provides proper advice to potential clients through effective communication.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance & Risk Management.
  • Knowledge of computer applications.
  • At least two years of work experience in the insurance industry.

  • Strong team player, capable of collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
  • Good numerical skills and ability to interpret detailed statistical data.
  • High integrity.
