Aga Khan Education Service, Tanzania (AKES, T) is seeking a qualified and experienced school administration officer to join their team. The role involves supporting the school’s administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the institution.

Responsibilities include overseeing and supporting daily school administrative functions, coordinating communication among staff and departments, maintaining records and files, managing schedules, and assisting in the implementation of school policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements for this role include a bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field; proven experience in an administrative or office management role; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office technologies; prior experience in a school setting or educational institution; and familiarity with student information systems (SIS) such as PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, or similar platforms.
