Responsibilities:
- Ensure the completeness of the invoice/billing.
- Managing debts and collections on a daily basis
- Involve the CRM staff in collecting outstanding payments and giving necessary information.
- Handle client complaints and negotiate settlement conditions for late amounts.
- Management of Credit Note Issue
- Credit worthiness Assessment of new customers

Qualifications:
- A university degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related profession.
- CPA (T)/ACCA certification is an added advantage.
- A minimum of four years’ experience is required, with two to three years of credit management expertise in the telecoms business.
