Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Participate successfully in all operational and service-related elements to assist the firm in accomplishing its desired goals, and thus from turnaround to transformation.

Business

  • To reach goal targets, work closely with business stakeholders (RM, business heads, service team, and customers).
  • Complete fairly sophisticated cash operations duties.
  • Improve processes by implementing new methods of working, such as the agile technique, so that we can provide our clients with world-class goods and services.

Processes

  • Be responsible for the execution of CMO activities by ensuring customers’ instructions are processed expeditiously and accurately in accordance with established processes and procedures so that the bank does not suffer loss in order to enhance the bank’s profitability, reputation, and quality customer service.

Risk Management

  • Manage and reduce risks in accordance with the bank’s risk framework criteria.
  • Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Governance

  • Ensure proper governance control for all Cash Management operational products.
  • Responsible for reviewing the efficacy of the group’s structures to provide effective governance, supervision, and controls in the company, as well as overseeing modifications in these areas as needed.
  • Awareness and awareness of the regulatory framework under which the Group works, as well as the regulatory needs and expectations of international and local regulatory organizations.
