The post holder will be in charge of ensuring that reports on costs, productivity, margins, and corporate expenses are correct. The Accounts Officer will report to the Senior Accountant.

- Reconciliations (Bank, Supplier, and Customers)
- Cash Management
- Inventory Management (stock check)
- Report generation (weekly, monthly, and annually)
- Payments and Debt Collection
- supervision of subordinates

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, as well as at least three years of experience in the transport business and in African countries.
- Accounting Software Skills (SAP skills are a bonus for the organization)
- Microsoft Office talents
- Able to produce financial statements.
- Able to calculate and submit tax returns.
- Team worker
- Good communication skills; ability to interface with customers, suppliers, and banks.
- Very skilled at reconciling.
- Inquisitive.
